These days education has become the safest business for the goons. It has become a means to loot the people and also to earn the respect. It has become a billion dollars industry.The teachers in the schools are treated as no less than the workers, they face extreme exploitation, mental torture and they are told to focus on extra activities rather than teaching.
One can imagine the kind of education children will be receiving from the teachers who are always worried for salaries being cut for feeble reason.Even for such kind of education the parents have to pay a lot than they should be paying.

The tragedy is that they are provided books and copies from the school for which they have to pay more amount than the actual cost of the book. Since Syllabus keeps changing every year ,so the children have to buy new book either from the school or from the bookstore the schools want you to buy.
And when it comes to teachers, he is promoted and got increment in the salary who is good at buttering the school administration. The hiring process for the teacher is just waste of time.
They generally see if the person is fluent in English and if he had knowledge of subject. It is not their business to check if teacher is really passionate about teaching or he has been doing it for earning his livelihood only. The essential things for a teacher like good communication skills, motivational character, creative and positive thinking, visionary character, art of persuading, leadership, knowledge of child psychology and other important things are not their concern.
The widespread corruption in education is very hazardous for the society, as a whole for the country. The future of the country lies in the future of its children. If the children are not getting quality in education, How can we expect them to lead our country in the future.
The Conclusion
By neglecting the education deliberately or undeliberately we are compromising with the future of our nation. Before it is too late, we as an Indian should focus on improving the quality of education in the schools anyhow.
So that we can rest assured that our country's future lies in good hands .
